At Dowinx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic gaming experience; if your chair isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Disassemble and Pack

  Carefully disassemble your gaming chair and place all components back into the original shipping box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the chair for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
